The Research Of The Apparatus Based On The Cauterization Therapy For Tonsillitis

Tonsillitis, as a syndrome of acute or chronic inflammation of tonsil, often occurs among children aging from 3 to 15 with cold and fever. Hence it is important and significant to study the mechanism and therapy of tonsillitis.At present the main therapy of tonsillitis relies on laser and microwave and hence it needs expensive apparatus and high expense for the patients and it may even cause negative effects sometimes. On the contrary, the cauterization therapy of traditional Chinese medical science can be operated easily with striking effects and it doesn't cause negative effects to the patients in clinical studies. But the Chinese cauterization therapy also has the problems of simple instruments, cannot control the temperature etc. So it becomes significant to improve the therapy by combining the traditional Chinese medical science and modern science and technology.The task of the present research is to carry forward the traditional Chinese cauterization therapy and improve its' defect of heating by the feel of the doctors. Finally we devises a therapeutic apparatus that make the temperature well controlled and then get the merit and the defect of the cauterization therapy of the tonsil together with clinical experiments.In the aspect of hardware, we will design the circuit including the function of temperature data collecting, magnifying the data, controlling ,and battery supply,which will make the apparatus work good .As to the design of controlling software, the search of a mathematical model of controlling system encounters great difficulties due to the complicated physical process of temperature rising in the therapy in addition to the differences lying in body forms, which leads to many obstacles for design controlling system by adopt classical cybernetics.Based on fuzzy theory, this apparatus applies fuzzy controlling technique in the whole process of therapy. Fuzzy technique is an efficient way for solving indeterminacy that supplies a new try for the application of fuzzy controlling technique into tonsillitis curing equipment with ideal result.This apparatus has been made into a sample machine and undergone preliminary clinical experiments and the statistical processing of many cases by SPSS software have proven this therapy efficient.
