With the development of traffic cause,bridge disease increases gradually,what lead the bridge security,the effective working hours of bridge and the bridge serviceability reduces, affects the normal use of bridge,ha order to ensure the health operation of bridge,it becomes more and more popular study subject of bridge condition evaluation.It was based on the domestic and foreign bridge evaluation research results foundation, that inducted,summarized and analyzed the synthesis evaluation method of present concrete bridge and proposed fuzzy synthesis evaluation method of concrete bridge that based on the bridge security,the effective working hours of bridge and the bridge serviceability.According to concretes bridge construction feather,that carried on the level division to the concretes bridge,obtained the concretes bridge evaluation class and sub factors class, established multi-level evaluation model of concrete bridge,adopted Analytical Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight values of various levels factor and using fuzzy distribution and qualitative description to definite the indicator's membership function and the degree of membership.Then,the fuzzy evaluation grade of bridge could be established by multilevel fuzzy synthesis evaluation.Through fuzzy synthesis evaluation which based on the established evaluation model, that contrasted and analyzed the evaluation result to the conventional synthesis evaluation result and the conventional synthesis evaluation result of Changing the weight values which based on Analytical Hierarchy Process.In the process of fuzzy synthesis evaluation,assigned the corresponding weight values to the bridge security,the working hours of bridge structures and the bridge serviceability and overalled different factors influence in bridge evaluation, what enables the evaluation result to be the reasonably nature and the scientific nature.
