Modern steel business enterprise use and research the technique of board shape control increasingly now. As a common way of control, bending roller hydraulic pressure system is used widely. Most of bending roller hydraulic pressure system are designed by the way of analogy or imported in large steel enterprises of our nation ,because of the difficult of technique . The way of analogy has a lot of limitation .So, research of bending roller hydraulic pressure system deeply and understanding fully on the theory of design is useful and important.In this task, some bending roller hydraulic pressure system is researched. The emphases is on the static state and dynamic state of the bending roller hydraulic pressure system. The main content of the thesis include the analysis of static state of bending roller hydraulic pressure system , the analysis of dynamic state of bending roller hydraulic pressure system , and the design of the CAD program of bending roller hydraulic pressure system. After studying the force servo-control system ,frequency and time mathematics model are created . At last , Simulation is achieved with the Simulink toolbox of Matlab . By studying the result of Simulation, the performance of hydraulic pressure system is evaluated. In a word, its researching achievement keeps ahead in domestic. The application of its achievement will have caused national heavy industry to change the phase of relying on foreign advanced technique on design this system. Its theory and method have some characters in novelty, creativity, advantage, and its result has veracity and reliability.Matlab and Vc6.0 are used in the design of the software . The software has friendly interface and integrated function, and can automatically design all the parameters; In addition, it is provided with the implemental function, which can help technical personnel analyze and testify the disciplinarian of the parameters and chose the component of bending roller hydraulic pressure system .
