Electro-Hydraulic Servo Loading System (EHSLS) is used to simulate the aerodynamic torque acting on the rudder of missiles, and it is one of the main simulation equipments in hardware-in-loop flight simulation laboratory. EHSLS will generate a kind of aerodynamic torque and apply it on the steering system so that the steering system can work in the same condition as in flight. Thus as an important part in the whole flight vehicle simulation system, EHSLS can test the driving performance of the steering system and provide data for the design of new types of missiles and aircrafts.Now mostly existing software of EHSLS is based on a concrete task. The main motive of the thesis concentrates on designing the general software for the EHSLS, that is to say it can be used not only for EHSLS but also for system that has the same characteristic.The emphasis of the thesis is on developing the general software of EHSLS, including compiling the whole program and debugging the software on the loading system. At last a summary of the thesis is made as follows:(1) Analyze the mathematical model of the loading system and study the working principle of the EHSLS.(2) According to the guideline put forward by system, design the requirement of the software.(3) Design the control arithmetic, the software flow diagram.(4) Develop and compile the whole program.(5) Complete the digital simulation on EHSLS.(6) Analyze the results and draw the conclusions.The conclusions and testing data show that the software designed for the EHSLS is successful, and it meets the guideline and demand of the EHSLS system.
