Now our country is coming the big motorcycle manufacture base.The engine is the heart of the motorcycle. Provide the constantly right alone motive for the motorcycle.But the creative development in independence in industry in motorcycle in our country ability is bad, the technique level is lowly, developping and design to still be placed in the stage in mimicry. Develop a new motorcycle to launch at the motorcycle that there has been generally the machine foundation go forward a line of improvements, if enlarges a path, enlargement washes the distance to measures with the increment row, having no a set of mature principles with project. The vibration is the problem of our country motorcycle design and manufacture.The vibration of some products even arrived the circumstance that customer not bear. To reduce the vibration of motorcycle engine is a main path to solve motorcycle vibration. Lowering the vibration that launch machine is to wants equilibrium drop the inertial force of the crank-connect rod mechanism. So the dynamic balance technology of the mechanism is the main way to solve the vibration of the motor which was extensive use in the motor.In this dissertation,integrated the reduce- vibration project of the engine of the motorcycle company,I analysed the dynamic balance of the crank-connect rod mechanism for the motorcycle. Discussed in common use two kinds of equilibrium methods: excessive balance and one-shaft balance.Get the different characteristics of the two methods. Through the analysis of balance property, discovered its inside regulation.A CAD software to solve the balance problem is developed based on the basic theory of balance and the derived model,which has a nice effect in the engineerinfg practice of discovering advanced designing,solving motorcycle vibration and developing new product.The main research is as follows:1) According to the equilibrium basic theories, establish the motorcycle launch the machine crank connects the equilibrium analysis in combination in pole model.Analyze and research the characteristic of the crank-connect rod mechanism.After calculation and analysis of the composed inertial force ,I express this with the the sketch and the data. Study their synthesize the equilibrium result, get a viable equilibrium project.2 ) The study of quickly equilibrium imitating. Analyze and research thecharacteristic of the crank-connect rod mechanism. I will deduce an a set of viable emulations calculate way, passing the emulation calculate way can obtain the equilibrium characteristic in type in advanced model.3) The research of reality principles of machine movement .To launch the machine the proceeding the system dynamics analyze, establishing to launch the true principles of machine movement in machine regulation model.4) A CAD software to solve the balance problem is developed based on the basic theory of balance and the derived model,which has a nice effect in the engineerinfg practice of discovering advanced designing,solving motorcycle vibration and developing new product.
