With the globalization of the market and the manufacture, the motorcycle industry of our country has been confronted with rigorous challenges on account of the insufficient competence of the independence innovation and development and the low-level technology. The vibration problem of the motorcycle puzzles our motorcycle manufacture enterprise for a long time. To avoid and reduce the vibration of the motorcycle is the key technology to increase the property and quality of the motorcycle, also is urgent affairs to realize product to develop independently in the motorcycle company. To reduce the vibration problem of the motor is the main way to solve the vibration problem of the motorcycle, and to reduce the vibration of the motor often balances the inertia force and moment of the crank-connect rod mechanism. So the dynamic balance technology of the mechanism is the main way to solve the vibration of the motor which was extensive use in the motorIn this dissertation, integrated the reduce-vibration project of the engine of the motorcycle company, the one-shaft balance is used in the motor on the basis of analysis of the dynamic balance of the crank-connect rod mechanism for the motorcycle. The problem of the one-shaft balance mechanism in the procedure of production is solved so that the one-shaft balance technology has been used and realized to reduce the vibration of the engine. The main research is as follows:① Analyze and research the characteristic of the crank-connect rod mechanism of the single-cylinder engine of motorcycle, The mathematical model of three-mass point has been established and the program of its inertia force and moment has been designed ; ② The practical finite element model has been established on the base of the characteristic of the motor and frame. The influence of the inertia force to frame is tested effectively and analyzed on the base of Harmonic Response Analysis during the initial design③ The one-shaft balance has been analyzed systematically for the motor of motorcycle in theory and has been apply to the engine balance design which is integrated the reduce-vibration project of the engine of the motorcycle company,④ The torsion vibration of shaft system, especially the balance shaft system, has been analyzed systematically. The one-shaft balance of the motor has been fit for the motor system based on the analysis for the Finite Element model by the Finite Element program. The analysis of the torsion vibration of shaft system has been applied to the practical engineer. ⑤ The balance gear has been improved on the noise and vibration in the course of application of the one-shaft balance, refer to experience of the foreign motor of motorcycle.
