It's an efficient way to use for reference,assimilate,absorb the foreign advanced manufacture technology, and enforce the capacity of the independent development and technology innovation in the motorcycle enterprises of China by using DMU technology to develop the motorcycle products. During the design phase, the kinematics, dynamics, strength, stiffness and vibration characteristic are simulated in the virtual environment. The capability matching and general optimization are realized. Therefore, the researches on the DMU technology of motorcycle have an important theory significance and practical merit in shortening the development period of products, reducing the cost, improving the design quality, boost the market competing capacity.The vibration of the motorcycle is a bottleneck which baffling the motorcycle enterprises. It's an urgent affair to carry out the research on the technology which reducing the vibration. The dissertation carried out the research on the problem which the enterprise is in dire need of solving. The main contents are the following:1) The DMU model of the whole vehicle is built.2) Analyse the one shaft balance technology of the engine of motorcycle, design the mechanism according the structural characteristic to reduce the vibration of engine.3) The DMU technology is applied to the vibration-reducing analysis. The DMU model was built in the ADAMS environment. The results are compared with the test data, which provided the reliable proof for the vibration-reducing design and improvement. |
