The Active Magnetic Bearing is a kind of newtype high-performance floating bearing, which float the bear with magnetic force and without friction and greasing. It is widely used in aerospace, airvoid and precision lathe.This paper introduces the principle of the AMB and the design of the AMB controller.Firstly, we design the AMB system with analog PID controller, which includes analog PID controller, sensor and drive circuit designing.Secondly, we design the AMB system with digital DSP controller, which includes TMS320LF2407 DSP hardware and software designing. And this section is the key problem in this paper.Finally, based on the second section, we design the AMB system with fuzzy self-ajustment PID controller and emulate it with MATLAB.
