| Comparing with the traditional bearing, magnetic bearing have a lot of strongpoint such as non-abrasion, high speed and so on, and its research and application become more and more popular all over the world. Nowadays, few developed countries have developed some kinds of magnetic bearing and make use of it in practice. In our country, the magnetic bearing are in research in lab and have lots of problems which need us to solve. How to improve the dynamic character of magnetic bearing is the major problem we are going to solve in this thesis.We are going to discuss the problems present and to provide the way solving these problems by three steps in this thesis.Firstly, analyze the dynamic characteristics of turbine magnetic bearing system based on the connection between dynamic characteristics and parameters of controller. The major task is to analyze the connection between dynamic characteristics and parameters of controller and which parameter determine the major dynamic characteristics and to design the better fuzzy PID arithmetic for the magnetic bearing.Secondly, analysis and research of control arithmetic of magnetic bearing. In this part, the major task is to study the difference between fuzzy PID and traditional PID arithmetic in theory based on the useful tool - MATLAB.At last, the design of the controller include hardware and software design. The hardware design is the design of digital circuit based on DSP and the software design include the upper computer and the bottom controller. We make use of the traditional PID arithmetic and fuzzy arithmetic in TMS320LF2407A and compare these two arithmetic.From our research, we designed a system which can not only check the stand or fall of the control arithmetic but also optimize the arithmetic connect with other tools. |
