"Hazards identification and risk assessment researches of city buried gas pipeline and its expert system frame" is a part of the task "important hazards identification and risk assessment researches of city buried gas pipeline" which is the NO.01 subject of the emphasized science task of national '10th five-year' plan "the key technology researches of safety assurance for city gas pipeline and industry special pressure equipment".Based on the comprehensively investigating and a lot of relative documents, the fault tree of city buried gas pipeline is erected with the deduction method according to the risk assessment basic theory. The maximum cut sets of this fault tree are got through the Boolean algebra simplifying method. Through qualitative analysis of the fault tree structure importance, the conclusion is drawn that the main factors resulting in city buried gas pipeline failing are the third destruction and the corrosion. The corresponding measures are also proposed to prolong life span of city buried gas pipeline.Relying on the mathematic model of city buried gas pipeline, according to the expert system basic theory and referring to the existing domestic and overseas expert system program, the city buried gas pipeline hazards identification expert system frame is built with the VC++ 6.0 programming software, and this lays the foundation for the primarily artificial intelligentizing of city buried gas pipeline risk assessment.According to the basic event structure importance of the city buried gas pipeline fault tree, the relative weight of the factors which cause the city buried gas pipeline failing are determined using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory in fuzzy mathematics, and the detailed rules of the city buried gas pipeline failing possibility rating system are set up according to the method of evaluation indices system.
