Gas is clean, efficient and convenient energy, it plays an important role in thedevelopment of economic, not only adjust the energy structure, but also improve thesocial environment. Because of the national policies, Urban gas have a rapiddevelopment, and many cities begin to and have to construct pipelines, and they havemade a good progress. As the rapid development of the gas, our country’s economy havebeen greatly promoted, and the quality of living about the residents in our country havebecome more and more comfortable. The gas is a kind of highly risk of flammable gas,flammable, explosive, and easy to cause safety accidents. so we have to management iturgently. Urban gas pipeline is complex, and many buildings and people around it, incase the gas cause an accident, it will directly affect the national and people’s propertyand life. Therefore, the research about urban gas pipeline’s risk assessment has animportant practical significance.This article begins with the analysis of risk, as follows are the main research:(1) Introduce the basic principle and method of risk assessment, and through thecomparison and analysis, in view of the urban gas pipeline risk influence factors, suchas the complex and short data, in all, we filter out the method of half-quantitative calledfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(2) Build the fault tree model of urban gas by FTA method, through the analysis byusing the minimum cut sets, the path sets and structure importance, we conclude that themain factors which cause the failure about urban gas pipelines.(3) Combined with results of fault tree analysis and actual engineering problems, we have a detailed analysis on the main influence factors of pipeline failure, and accordingto the principles of selection index system, construct the evaluation index system ofurban gas pipeline risk.(4) Introducing the fuzzy mathematics method, and build the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model.(5) Using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to solve theproblem how to make sure weight and membership degree in the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model, and through the concrete example analysis of gas pipelineengineering, we conclude that the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel.(6)Set up the Surry model of city gas pipeline, according to the analysis of themodel, based on the perspective of people’s error, we take some measures to prevent theaccident.
