Fuzzy control theory is an important branch of Artificial Intelligence theory. Not only does it fit for small scale linear single-variable system, but also it is used in large scale non-linear multi-variable system gradually. It has the virtue of being well accepted, continuous sendout, good security and exerting expert knowledge proficiently.The core problems of the research of fuzzy control theory lie in how to resolve the analyzing of stability and robustness, system design method (such as the acquirement and optimization of fuzzy rules, the choosing of subjection function, and so on.), and how to realize the control performance (such as steady precision, twitter and integral saturation). They are coming to be several well-known fundamental questions in the research of fuzzy control theory.In this paper, fundamental knowledge of fuzzy control theory and mathematics knowledge related are discussed at large in the first part. According to the several fundamental problems above, several fuzzy controllers, such as fuzzy-PID controller, parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller, self-adapted fuzzy controller, fuzzy rules self-study fuzzy controller, are studied and realized in the next parts.According to the non-linear control problem on the crude tower, a kind of self-adapted fuzzy controller is presented in this paper, to allow level fluctuating within acceptable bound and reduce the flow disturbance to the next working procedure. Fuzzy rules' self-study is also discussed in the paper.
