Widely absorbed some new advantages of mechanical structure fatigue of the domestic and abroad , lots of researches on fatigue problem of locomotive car-body has been done in this thesis.The main objective of this research is to explore a method how to solve the fatigue design problem of the locomotive car-body structure.Using FEM of structure, the locomotive car-body steel structure mechanics model has been constructured, and the FEM static strength and modle analyses has been done, through analyses, dangerous and weakness place of structure is found, and revising advices of car-body structure are put forward. The difference of vibration frequency and type of having coping and no coping is compared, and the preventing measures of big stress place are put forward.Using multi-body system dynamic software SIMPACK, Dynamic modal of car-body structure has been established in detail, under the given track excitation, through calculation, the respondence of traction seat, vertical damping seat, horizontal damping seat , anti-roll damping seat is achieved, and make the respondence as the excation of car-body structure fatigue analyses, then the result of analysis of FEM and that of dynamic are combined, stress-time course is gained being use quasi-static method, use rain flow count method of fatigue analyses to count the stress-time course, use fatigue analysis software N-CODE to forecast the fatigue life of the key parts, such as traction seat, vertical dampingseat etc.Finally, the anti-roll damping seat fatigue life of calculating and that of testing are compared, it shows that calculating result have certain credibility, it can made as the basis of qualitative analysis, and can apply the direct function to the design.Through the FEM analyses design and calculation of car-body structure and fatigue strength calculation of key parts, the design difficulty of locomotive car-body structure key parts is solved. These efforts can not only apply thetheory basis to the structure designer, but also will generate some effects to locomotive car-body structure life prediction analyses.and it make breakthrough to the infinite life design method of car-body structure, which is adopted for all along.
