With the development of embedded system and the Ethernet technology, how to apply those up-to-date technologies to the catenary's parameters inspection system, for improving its performance and adaptability, now has become a new hot focus.On the basis of conventional catenary's parameters inspection system, the design and realization of sma-11 catenary's parameters inspection system, by the analysis of catenary's parameters and needs of customs, are given in the research paper. It doesn't occupy train running time and realizes wide usage of inspection system by applying on catenary sustainment vehicle.In the inspection system, some new technologies have been applied, such as photoelectric and fiber optic sensors. CAN Bus and fiber optic, ensuring data transmission velocity and available structure, are the bus protocol and transmitting medium of data transmitting between the sampling unit and top-computer unit. V/F transform, sampling the analogs, improves the reliability and anti-jamming of system.
