| With the development of the electric railway, the users' demanding of the catenary's parameters inspection equipment is becoming more various. A design mode for catenary's parameters inspection system based on modularization is presented in this paper, it divide the catenary's parameters inspection system into different function modules, then use different modules to integrate different products to meet different user's demand. In this way the producing time become shorter and the cost become litter.On the base of analyzing the traditional modular design of mechanical products, "logic module" is presented as a new concept according the characteristic of catenary's parameters inspection system. The function module is regarded as a whole part logically, but it is divided into three layers as link layer,data layer,application layer in physical way. And its software and hardware are designed individually. In the hardware struct, the high voltage side modules which sensors are set on the inspection car's high voltage part transmit their data to main computer by CAN bus, and the low voltage side modules' data input to main computer by A/D converter card. For the nodes of CAN bus and the input channels of A/D card can be configed optionally, modular design can be realized easily. And then, the data acquisition of high voltage side modules use V/F converter, which can make the systen more stable because of the data processing in the low voltage side of testing car, and the data can transmit by fiber more easily. The software is designed to three layers, which make data layer and application layer become independent of the hardware. The logic module's function is presented by the software function of each layer's corresponding module.The catenary's parameters inspection system based on modularization build a platform for the catenary's parameters inspection equipments. Equipment based on this platform is proved to steadily and easy to fuctionexpanding after being debugged and tested. |
