In recent years,urban rail traffic has developed rapidly,the density and footfall are gradually increasing,the demand for operational safety has gradually attracted attention.The operational safety is directly linked with the state of railway line,which includes the state of track and contact networks.In view of the characteristics of enclosed environment,high traffic density and large passenger flow,this paper build a detection scheme integrated with track inspection and OCS inspection,which is based on the platform of road-railer.This scheme not only combines the flexibility of road-railer,and can also accomplish the integrated detection of track and OCS,which greatly saves the detection time and efficiency.At first,this paper introduces the development status of the road-railers and catenary-track inspection.This paper sets forth the detection principle and technical requirements,and eventually builds a catenary-track inspection system suitable for road-railer.Under the guidance of the system framework,this paper analyzes and designs the data acquisition system which is the core of lower computer,the paper completes the hardware design,including power scheme,core plate,peripheral interface circuit,signal modulation circuit,speed detection scheme and sampling signal scheme.The paper also completes the replant of the system based on Linux,including the construction of cross-compilation environment,U-boot modification,kernel tailoring optimization and file system migration.In addition,the paper also completes the device drivers for the peripheral interface of the hardware circuit,including UART device driver,USB driver and network device driver.Finally,the paper also completes the application layer software scheme design of the data acquisition system.After completing the development of the lower computer,this paper also analyzes and designs the software architecture of the host computer,and analyzes the key algorithms involved in the system,including 2D space attitude calibration algorithm and Kalman data fusion function.At last,the paper completes the development of interface software based on the framework of MFC.Finally,this paper tests the core part of road-railer's catenary-track inspection,including signal conditioning verification,repeatability verification,key algorithm verification of the host computer,and accuracy verification.From the final test results,the system has high detection accuracy and feasibility.
