Acting as one of the most foundamental and primary tasks in metro train operation adjustment, because of metro's feature of "High tencity & Short headway of train", metro train operation adjustment for delay plays a important role in the performance of train operation scheme. This thesis brings into implement the researching results pertain to "train delay's transmission" available now, makes analysis in current measure of metro train operation adjustment for delay: "Time-subtracting" operation-under the circumstance of the equivalent rank & stoppage time at station of trains, makes research in the synthetical impact to station service function of "absorption of passenger fluid" inflicted by the solo technological measure: "Time-Subtracting", concered with the movement process of the series of trains, produces the tactics & method of operation adjustment for delay which could perform the effectiveness of delay's transmission but not available for now, on basis of simulating data analysis results, evaluates the effectuality of technology & economy of consumption about the operation adjustment measure, and summarizes coordinated train speed controlling model.Based on the relationship between train operation adjustment for delay and train speed controlling model, this thesis works for several subjects as followed:1. Under various circumstances of headway controlling model of train operation, make study in the defection and the room for improvement of current measure of operation adjustment for delay in aspect of "Level of station service", produce the tactics & method of operation adjustment for delay based on real-time adjustment of train manipulation: "Time-adding" combined with "Time-subtracting" operation-acting as the supplement for current measure of operation adjustment for delay, fulfill the dual demands not only for "Quality of train operation(Headway of train)" but also for "Level of station service(Train interval at station)";2. Make study in the train speed controlling model coordinated with "Time-adding" combined with "Time-subtracting" operation, bring into full play the basic principle of "train operation with minimal consumption & train manipulation with optimistical measure ", make summary about the tactics & algorithm of real-time adjustment for ATO modulating curve based on real-time adjustment oftrain manipulation, supply theoretical base for further foundamental research of ATO modulating curve under the circumstace of real-time controlling of train operation;3. Build a "C++ Builder 6.0" simulation program of train speed controlling, on basis of the data analysis results derived from the simulation of metro train speed controlling, evaluate the effectuality of technology & economy of consumption about "Time-adding" combined with "Time-subtracting" operation adjustment measure acting as the supplement for current measure of operation adjustment for delay, and make summary about real-time feature and adjustment nature about the train speed controlling model coordinated with "Time-adding" combined with "Time-subtracting" operation adjustment measure.
