| The operation of subway trains has the characteristics of high safety and large volume,and has developed rapidly in recent years.In the daily operation of subway trains,it is easy to be interfered by some random factors,causing the train’s trajectory to deviate from the planned operation state.If the deviation is large and it is not adjusted in time,it will seriously affect the normal operation of the subway operating system.Therefore,the research on the adjustment plan after subway train delay has gradually become a hot issue in the field of subway operation.Based on the relevant research done by scholars at home and abroad,this paper establishes a subway train delay adjustment model,and then designs the solution process of the subway train delay adjustment model based on an improved central-discrete learning-based particle swarm algorithm.Taking into account the delays in the actual subway train operation,two scenarios of short-term train delay and joint delay are simulated,and then the above-mentioned solution process is used to solve them.It was found that while the delayed train can be adjusted back to the planned operating state,the increase in energy consumption caused by the adjustment of the delay can be reduced.The research done in this article is specifically expanded as follows:(1)Considering the constraints of the number of passengers on the upper limit of adjustment of stop time,a passenger flow prediction model based on Long short-term Memory neural network(LSTM)is constructed to accurately predict the number of passengers at subsequent stops of delayed trains.(2)The train stop time model is established by simulating the process of passengers getting on and off the train,and this model is taken as the constraint condition of platform stop time of subway train operation adjustment model.(3)Considering the absorption and utilization of regenerative braking energy in the adjustment process,a time-varying power flow calculation model of the power network is constructed,which can calculate the energy consumption value of the substation in a specific time period,and adjust the calculated delay to the corresponding time period.The energy consumption value of the substation is used as the fitness function of the subsequent algorithm optimization calculation.(4)Combined with the above related models and related constraints,a delayed train adjustment model is constructed.The minimum energy consumption of the substation in the process of delay adjustment is taken as the optimization objective,and the solution process based on Center-Decenter PSO(CDPSO)is designed.Taking a domestic subway line as the background,using QT software on the Windows platform to develop subway train delay adjustment software,based on the principle of automatic train supervision(Automatic Train Supervision,ATS)subsystem for train operation adjustment,enter the train delay on the software interface.The relevant information can be simulated to simulate different train delay scenarios,and then the adjustment method of the train can be obtained by simulation.Through the analysis of the results,it is concluded that the train delay adjustment model constructed in this paper is effective. |
