Electro-hydraulic position servo system is an important component in the control field, possess some important specialty, such as great power, quick response, high precision and so on. The system is widely used in the every side of the industry manufacture. Electro-hydraulic servo system is a typical system which is coupled with mechanical technology, electric technology and hydraulic technology. Non-linearity, non-confirmation, outside and across disturbances are existed prevalently in the electro-hydraulic servo system and the accurate mathematic model of the system is established difficultly. The traditional control theory, which is based on model, can't solve the control problem on the electro-hydraulic position servo system, so we must find a new control tactic immediately.Base on the traditional PID control theory, integrate control theory, computer science and artificial intelligent, deeply research on the control tactic of the global number angle position system.1. On the base of transfer function, construct the arithmetic model of the electro-hydraulic position servo system. Combine with the development of computer simulation technology in the field of electro-hydraulic position servo system, use Simulink model construct the simulation model, utilize the LTI VIE software to research the simulation model, acquire the closed or opened BODE figure and step response curve, impulse response curve. From the curve ,we can find the system has some disadvantages, such as low phase margin, big the maximum margin and long setting time, the result make the fundamental of import the intelligent control tactics.2. Integrate the development direction of PID control theory, utilize neural net technology as the base of constructing intelligent controller. Deeply research on some PID arithmetic: increased PID control arithmetic, integral divided PID control arithmetic, single neural self adaptive PID control arithmetic and BP neural net PID control arithmetic. Integrate the research, provide an intelligent controller, which has a intelligent switcher and with many PID control tactics.3. Use the ability of MATLAB language: such as plot showing, data calculation and opened extending interface technology and so on. Make use VC software as the second development platform and utilize the ability of Matcom: the technology of transform M program to C++ code and DLL function, develop the PID control arithmetic simulation module. This method possess VC and MTALAB merits, reduce the cycle of program development.4. On the base of above studies, construct the test model of the global number angle position system. Utilize the platform of VC, virtual instrument technology, DLL technology,ActiveX technology, develop the intelligent control CAT system of global number angle position system.
