Hydraulic technology is widely used in manufacturing,engineering,transportation and national defense because of its smooth transmission,strong anti-interference ability,large power-weight ratio and fast response speed.As an advanced development direction of hydraulic technology,electro-hydraulic servo control occupies an important position in the hydraulic industry..Based on the research background of servo electro-hydraulic suit control,aiming at the current situation and demand of domestic electro-hydraulic servo experimental equipment,this paper designs a set of electro-hydraulic position servo system which can simulate real working conditions,and studies the control performance of the system.Based on the electro-hydraulic servo control technology,this paper designs the electro-hydraulic position servo system,analyses the load of the system,determines the type of the main components,builds the electro-hydraulic position servo system experimental platform,establishes the mathematical model of the system,uses the MATLAB/simulink software to analyze the performance of the system,obtains the system Bode diagram,step response curve,input and output waveform diagram,and obtains the system's characteristics.It can meet the design requirements of the system.The simulation model of the system is established by using AMESim software,and the performance of the system is analyzed.The simulation results are consistent with those of the mathematical model of MATLAB/simulink.The maximum power simulation of the AMESIM simulation model of the system is carried out.The simulation results show that the displacement error of the piston of the servo hydraulic cylinder moving to the right still has room for improvement.The PID control is used to optimize the system.The PID parameters are solved based on the trial and error method and the Ziegler-Nichols method.The PID parameters of the trial-and-error method with good stability result are selected,which greatly improves the control performance of the system.After PID optimization,the position accuracy of the system at maximum power is increased by 5.7% to meet the design requirements.The influence of main parameters such as sinusoidal signal frequency,loading pressure and mass load on the control performance of the system is analyzed,which provides a good theoretical basis and reference for the debugging and experimental process of the experimental equipment.The electro-hydraulic position servo system realizes the position control of the output quantity,satisfies the accuracy requirement of the position control,and achieves the design goal.The system not only solves the vacuum area problem of experimental research and training in the process of electro-hydraulic servo control technology from theoretical research to actual production application,but also can effectively serve the experimental research of electro-hydraulic position servo control.Good practical value.
