In order to protect the environment that the mankind relies on, nowadays the automotive green technique has become the hot issue of the world. Especially the current petroleum resources face to dry up, so the research and development of the green automobile has become the main direction of the world. The motor driving system is the one of the automotive key techniques, so it is profound to solve this key technique.In this article, the fuzzy control and simulation has been studied by the driving system of the electrical vehicle BJD6100- EV. The dynamics model of the electrical vehicle and the mathematics model of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) are established. According to the mathematics model and the performance requests of the electrical vehicle, the fuzzy controller is designed, and the simulation model is established. The fuzzy control has been done by the PMSM in the electrical vehicle, the simulation has been put up by the electrical vehicle according to the parameter of the motor. The performance of the driving system is validated in the electrical vehicle, it includes the maximum torque and rotate speed output ability, the stably running ability, and the running ability at the different speed and the different work circumstance etc.First of all, the discharge characteristic of the power battery is analyzed in the electrical vehicle, the mechanical characteristic of driving motor also is analyzed. The dynamics model of the electrical vehicle is established.Secondly, the technique request and the familiar control method are researched by the driving system of the electrical vehicle. And it is researched that how to affect the performance of the motor and the electrical vehicle by the motor performance parameter.Then, the system input variable is the warp e between the speed of the electricalvehicle and the rotate speed of the motor and the warp changing rate ec, the systemoutput variable is the K'P , K'I, K'D of the fuzzy PID controller. The input and outputvariables are change to the fuzzy quantity, the statement field of the input and outputvariables are set up, the subjection function of the input variable e, ec and that of theoutput variables K'P K'I and K'D are confirmed. The fuzzy control rule is confirmed,and the fuzzy logically PID controller is designed according to the fuzzy illation methodof Mamdani.Finally, the simulation mathematics model of the PMSM in the electrical vehicle is established. According to the mathematics model, the motor model and the measure model of the motor are established in MATLAB/ SIMULINK. And the simulation model of the inverter, abc to dq converter and the fuzzy PID controller are set up. Then the driving system simulation model of the electrical vehicle is established, and it is simulated that the dynamic and the stably running of the motor when the electrical vehicle run at the different work circumstance, including the output torque and rotate speed characteristics of the motor, the maximum output torque ability, the stably running district, the different speed and the different running work circumstance characteristics of the electrical vehicle etc. In order to validate the performance of the electrical vehicle when the driving system of the PMSM is control led by fuzzy logical control system.
