Electric vehicle gives prominent advantages to zero-let and non-pollution, so its foreground of developing and researching is quite amplitude. The hard-core of system of electric vehicle is drive and control of motor. This dissertation is devoted to the study on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor at Electric automobile based on DTC aided by the Science and Technology Item of HuBei province—the Research on Automobile Controlled by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) control system.The thesis analyses Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor at Electric automobile based on DTC. A suit of system of PMSM is designed cored around digital signal processor (DSP) combined with factual complexion of electric vehicle. The structure and performance of system is primarily discussed and analyzed. Several parts are included as follows:Firstly, the organization and characteristic of PMSM is introduced, and the mathematics model is set up. Then the principle of PMSM DTC is discussed deeply. And the action of voltage space vector on flux linkage and torque is analyzed. Keystone and arithmetic of DTC are analyzed by the way of space voltage. The figure of principle structure is proposed based on these.Secondly, on the basis of theoretic analysis and simulation, the hardware and software are designed for the digital signal processor (DSP)—based system. Furthermore, the DSP-based DTC control system platform for PMSM is designed. The hardware design of this paper includes design of main circuit, measurement circuits, protection circuits, signal given circuits, IPM driven circuits, display circuits etc. The software designing recommend on system software designing function and main structure, including software flow in sub-modules.Under the MatLab/SimuLink environment, the modules of stator flux linkage and electromagnetic torque calculator, stator flux linkage hysteresis, electromagnetic torque hysteresis and sector choice roles have been setup. Using the PMSM model of Simulink library, the simulation of DTC control on PMSM strategy are presented which demonstrate the fundamental theory of DTC control strategy for PMSM.
