In recent years,with the decline of fossil energy sources and the increasingly severe environmental problems around the world,energy shortages and environmental issues have become a widespread concern in society.In order to deal with the above problems effectively,countries in the world are making great effort on the new energy fields.In terms of urban transportation,compared with the traditional automobiles that contribute great consumption of fossil energy,new energy vehicles that using clean energy as main power source are gradually entering the public's sight as an emerging method of transportation.New energy vehicles not only can reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy,but also can alleviate the pressure caused by the environmental pollution.Since the application occasions of new energy vehicles are mainly urban and suburban,the relatively congested road environment requires frequent starting and braking.Therefore,how to achieve effective control of the new energy vehicle drive systems under this condition is very important,and scientists from all over the world are constantly researching and exploring motor drive technologies.In recent years,DSP-based motor control methods have been highly valued by researchers in the field of new energy vehicles due to their effective control of new energy vehicle drive systems.Through the understanding of the above research background,this thesis chooses the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system based on DSP to study with.Firstly,the working principle of a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced,and the mathematical model of the motor is built Then,the theoretical analysis and simulation experiments of different control strategies of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out.The advantages and disadvantages of different control strategies are discussed by analyzing and comparing the simulation results.In the aspect of experimental verification,this thesis firstly designs and fabricates the hardware circuit of the drive system based on DSP.Then,through coding with the hareware,the control experiment of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is completed Finally,the results of theoretical studies were verified by the experimental results.The specific work of this paper has the following aspects:1?Firstly,the working principle of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is described,and the basic structure of the motor is introduced.Then,the mathematical model of the motor is,and the subsequent simulation and experimental verification are carried out based on this.2?According to the classical theory of the traditional three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system,the theoretical research on the modulation method of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system is carried out.The modulation method mainly includes the current hysteresis tracking vector modulation method,the voltage space vector modulation method,and the carrier modulation method.3?Based on the above theoretical research on the modulation method of five-phase PMSM,the simulation model of the drive system is built based on Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation results of different modulation methods are compared to discuss different modulation methods.4?On the premise of completing the above theoretical research,this thesis carries out related experimental verification on the five-phase PMSM drive system.This paper firstly designs and processes the control platform of the experimental motor drive system,and then designs the hardware circuit of the five-phase PMSM drive system based on the main control chip of the TMS320F28335 model of DSP.Finally,the preparation of the experimental program and the debugging of related parameters are completed,and the above theoretical analysis is verified by experiments5?Analyze and summarize the research content of this thesis,and look forward to the topic based on the research results at this stage.
