Research On The Running Mode And Supporting Technology Of Networked Manufacturing Equipment Resource Sharing System

In our country, at present, many manufacturing enterprises have difficulties including short of capital, scarcity of equipments, technique roughness which greatly affect the progress of the manufacturing enterprises. Some enterprises have advanced equipments which are not used effectively. On the contrary, there are some other enterprises having a lot of machining tasks, but they have not so many equipments to complete them. The situation of imbalance of equipments resource distributing is so widely in our country. In order to solve these problems, many experts and scholars have done some research. But what they have studied is only on the strategy and theory of the problems which have not been applied in the experience. So we have made some more experience research about these problems in this paper.Based on the analyzing the advanced manufacturing system and correlative technical ,and linked with the actual situation of the equipments resource informational sharing and the frontal research of the project, this paper has presented the mode of the equipments resource information sharing which have given a resolution scheme for enterprises to use and share the equipment resource.The sharing system of networked manufacturing equipment resource information is set up based on the mode of networked equipment resource information sharing and the demand and characteristic analyzing. The aiming structure, running mode and the function of the modules of the system are discussed in the paper. This paper has involved some supporting technology based on the functional structure and running mode which include structure technology, reality software technology, DB technology and the system safety technology.At last, based on the method, the demand and current situation, a system of equipment resource sharing is built and the networked topology structure of the system is discussed too.
