Exploitability And Application Of Resources Share System For Regional Networked Manufacturing

Networked manufacturing system is the direction of manufacturing. Internet and e-commerce that grow very fast these years provide the new stage for business enterprises to head for the market. Recurring to the power of the government and using the technology of internet and e-commerce to integrate the manufacturing resources, increase the speed of designing new products and improve the total capability of the enterprises is an important project that we have to face.First, we study the content of networked manufacturing system and comparison with the traditional Manufacturing. The networked manufacturing system is a kind of advanced manufacturing mode that combines the manufacturing technique and the network techniques. It is of good balance between distributing and concentrating, independence and cooperation, confusion and control. It differs from the traditional manufacturing in the cope of management, time idea, organizing of the structure and the relation of the business enterprise.Second, we study the total structure of regional networked manufacturing system, the structure of organization, the structure of information and the structure of resources. Then, we put forward a kind of project used for regional networked manufacturing system— ASP (Application Service Provider). The project can let business enterprises enter the information-based system easily and reduce the cost, so that business enterprises can put more power on the core business and strengthen the market competition ability. Based on the above work we design and construct the regional networked manufacturing system for De Yang city.DeYang is invested with experimental city which can reformat high new technique and promote the manufacturing industry by National Science and Technology Ministry. It is one of the important manufacturing bases in China. We construct networked manufacturing system for DeYang, which includes news system, supplying and demanding system, human resource system, manufacturing industry resources system, designing resources system, examining resources system and dynamic alliance system.Networked manufacturing technique, ASP method and B/S model are used. The software is exploited in Microsoft IIS5.0+SQL_Server2000.The modeling method about the resources share for regional networked manufacturing system, structure of software system and technique of support which we put forward, has important reference value for the regional networked manufacturing system.
