So, the development focus is aimed at how to realize the effective information transform in time and the remote real-time operate between remote design, analysis and manufacture.CAE whose kernel is the FEM numerical analysis now acts very important role in mechanical design gradually and is the key tache of the design and manufacture in the modern enterprise. The new development of FEM numerical analysis is to parallel analysis 3-D super large structure by the Cluster composed of PC. Using the Cluster, not only could the parallel analysis be done, but also the visualization of the great of date from FEM analysis can be done by parallel technic. For the share of the result of visualization with the remote cooperative design, we can real the net post-process of the visualization result picture of remote FEM analysis by client and server.The thesis preliminarily develop the parallel calculate environment of the cluster and the correlated technic of visualization of FEM analysis result date. The thesis developed and programmed the compress of the visual FEM analysis result date.The thesis introduce the analysis process and character of 3-D finite element method firstly, then discus the parallel arithmetic of FEM and the construct of the parallel FEM analysis environment by PC. The technique and method of the visualization of result date of FEM analysis is discussed, such as free section, isosurface, isoline, color nephogram. Using the VC++ and OPENGL, the 3-D model reestablish of the FEM visual picture and the protract of the third dimension graph is discussed.
