In the same time, ideal capacity of transit network and real capacity of transit network is recommended. By analyzing the characteristic of the transit passenger's trip in the time and space, a working day is ascertained as the measurement period in the calculating the capacity of transit network.Aiming at the leading position of the bus transit in the transit, the bus transit network capacity is selected as the researched object in this dissertation. In the basis of adopting the ideology of the Time and Space Consummation Model and using the researching method of integrating macro factor and micro factor, the model of the capacity of transit network is made.Firstly the bus stop that limited the bus transit line capacity is studied. The bus average time consummation in the different bus stop form is detailed quantitative analyzed by applying the Queuing Theory and the Interval Acceptance Theory. And the bicycle impact to the bus in the bus stop is simply analyzed.Then the capability of the bus transit network is studied. On the basis of the bus transit network' topology structure, the arithmetic of the ideal bus transit network capability coefficient is brought forward. By using passenger quantity between the twain bus stop to modify that coefficient, the arithmetic of the real bus transit network capability coefficient is gained.At last, the models computing the capacity of ideal bus transit network and real bus transit network are made. And the matching index that reflected the matching degree between the bus transit demand and bus transit network capacity is simply studied.The program flow chart is given to enhance the model' practicability because the arithmetic of the bus transit network capability coefficient is complicated.
