With the enlargement of the city space, the urban transportation system is developing to adjust the change. Urban passenger transportation is the main part of the transportation system. And the public transit, as the main form of the urban passenger transportation, is the artery of the community and economic activities. The transportation development in and out aboard shows that the importance of the urban transit is the public transit instead of infrastructure construction. Through optimizing the transportation integration between urban rail transit and conventional public transit, the public transit resource collocates efficiently.The content of this paper includes: the first, the feature of the rail transit in different development stage, analyzing ridership along the lines of rail system, discussing the affection to the conventional public transit; Second, under the conclusion that rail transit development has to integrate with the conventional public transit because of the its own feature, explaining the meaning the transportation integration, showing the detailed development mode of the conventional public transit route net under different rail transit environment, describing the adjustment method of the conventional public transit route net to coordinate with the rail transit. Third, establishing the public transit route net evaluation index form the convenience, speed, universality and reliability, choosing the AHP method to evaluate the conventional public transit route net under the rail circumstance.This paper also takes the conventional public transit route net in the No.2 rail line serving scope in Xi'an as an example, using the planning theory and method mentioned in this text to evaluate its applicability and feasibility.
