The contradiction between supply and demand of urban public transport system is increasingly prominent with the development of economy and the urbanization progress.Transit network capacity is an important index in evaluating the supply capacity of urban public transportation.Estimating transit network capacity reasonably is the basic way to alleviate the contradiction.However,the study of transit network capacity at home and abroad is mainly concentrated in bus dispatching.Research on the impact of bus stations on transit network capacity are not deep enough.In view of this,this paper focuses the impact of bus stations on transit network capacity,proposing a calculation model based on the bus stations.The influence mechanism of bus stations on transit network capacity is qualitatively analyzed,and then based on the definition and composition,it makes a detailed review and study of the factors that influence transit network capacity,among which the effect of bus stations is emphatically analyzed.This paper establishes a calculation model to deal with the turnover ability of terminal stations,and perfect the calculation model of the parking capacity of halfway bus stations.The model of the turnover ability is based on queuing probability.The queuing probability are different on two construction models.Through the analysis of vehicle running rules,this paper gets an optimized formula to calculate the parking capacity of both linear and harbor-shaped bus stops.Also,this paper investigates the impact on the bus stop capacity when bus lanes are set up nearby.The theoretical capacity is obtained by using the network maximum flow model.This paper puts forward a transformation method of bus nodes in the road network,as well as a method used to figure out the capacity and cost of segments in the network.and then calculate transit network capacity by its formula.The available capacity is obtained by using the bi-level model.The lower model describe the route choice of the passenger.The upper model's object is to maximize the capacity of the transit system.This paper use genetic algorithm to solve bi-level programming model.This paper selects several bus lines in Shenzhen and deals with numerical solution to the model of both bus station capacity and transit network capacity,as well as quantitatively analyzing the relationship between the bus depot construction mode and transit network capacity.
