With the rapid development of electric vehicles and implements, the more and more rechargeable batteries as energy sources are demanded. Ni/MH,Ni/Zn etc rechargeable battery have more excellent performance than others, so it has been the chief choice of energy of electric vehicles and implements. In order to cater for the market demand of power battery, many domestic battery factories have embarked on mass production of power battery in China. But there are few high performance testing and sorting equipment for power battery in China. Therefore, this paper, according to features of Ni/MH,Ni/Zn etc power battery, presents the design of an integrated control system of auto-testing and auto-sorting for a digital power battery, DK888 integrated control system of auto-testing and auto-sorting for Ni/He series power battery.DK888 system is a new concept battery formation testing system that use TMS320LF2407 as the core processor of system.The system is often composed of one Personal Computer, main controller and slave controller.The Personal Computer is regarded as management and control center.One Personal Computer is connected to several DSP, and it takes main-slave structure. It includes advantages of intelligentize, good-management, high-dependability, high-precision, stable-performance, high-automatization degree and low-price etc characteristics. And the system can test and sort more than ten thousand power batteries one day, which can well meet the demand of mass production of power battery.This paper recounts the characteristics of TMS320LF2407, the designs of the hardware/software and communication system. At the same time, we discuss the anti-jamming measure in the system. These measures not only make the system work more stably, but also make us feel safe. Moreover, Particular PWM is used in control system and resolves the problem that precision is limited by high-frequency.
