| In recent years, with the increasing depletion of natural resources and environmental degradation, the energy conservation will be a factor of the current automotive industry must be considered. In this case, new energy vehicles, especially electric vehicles will become the focus of attention all over the world. Electric vehicle battery power system is the most important core components, and battery test system is an important part of the manufacture process to ensure that state power battery assembly parts, electronic control system functional. Therefore, developing a set of electric vehicle battery systems testing equipment becomes necessary.This article is for my internship where new energy automotive battery production, design a battery assembly off the production line in the process of automatic testing system.Firstly, we analyze the principle and mode battery assembly research offline detection system, clear the system detection functional requirements, and according to different functional requirements, design functional detections, elaborated testing requirements and criteria for each function.Secondly, we build a framework testing system, design the testing system CAN bus communication protocol, via CAN bus to send test command to read data battery cartridge system, obtain the test results.Finally, according to the development of detection items, we design PC software, which has good man-machine interface, real-time display test process. The host computer automatically test results data analysis and processing, in the form of a report by the printer automatically printed out at the same time test results will be sent through the gateway to the terminal server for storage and display, provides greater convenience for the actual production use.This system realizes the battery state assembly components, integrated electronic control system detection function, the measurement data and results are true, complete the detection of the battery cartridge system ensure that the battery assembly products quality. |
