With the deeply acquaintance of the importance about the damage research in the battle, the battle damage research has become the focus which get all the military's attention. At present, the research on the battle damage has gain plentiful and substantial harvest. In a word, these harvest give the BDAR project which can be referenced and implemented through the approach of calculating the probability distributing of the equip damage parts by the ball cartridge experiment or the expert knowledge system. Their common ground is that they didn't consider the influence to the damage regulation from the battle environment and the strategy of the both side of the campaign, so it is static. Obviously, this method of investigating the battle damage regulations deviated from the battle environment has great unilateralism. Based on the complex system theories, this paper will put the battle environment and the stratagem and tactics into the battle damage system. Put up the research of the dynamic battle damage model.In order to put the dynamic factor of battle environment into the model research, this paper based on the theory of complex adaptive system, pointed out that the establish of the dynamic battle damage model must obey the reality, reasonable hypothesis, based on the artificial experiment and the artificial recognize, put up the simulation plat of intercommunion process between the equipment in the battlefield and the battle environment, consequently implement the simulation research of the dynamic battle damage model.Considering the battle environment can be divided into independency function situation, it can be depicted as the different function stratum concerned with the orientation. According to the battle regular, now simply divided the function stratum into landform physiognomy layer and equip configure layer and strategy target layer. And adopt the multilevel cellular automata as the environment main frame of the dynamic battle damage model. As the modeling tool of the complex system, when building up the agent simulation we can use Environment-Rule-Agent(ERA) project as the structure frame of the simulation programme. the strict of the design project structure insures the clear of the application.We compile the simulation programme of the dynamic battle damage model by Swam software libraries, in order to post the macro dynamic regulation of the static battle damage experiment data in certain designed battle environment, we put up the reasonable design of the battle environment tank agent and the microscope intercommunion regulation between the agent and the environment.Finally, we do the artificial experiment on the simulation plat respectively on the three aspects of tank capability, battle environment, strategy and tactics, analyze the macro regulation represented in the artificial experiment too. The simulation result not only posts the inner relationship between the equip damage mechanism and battle environment and condition., but also validate the feasibility and rationality of our models. This paper provided new thought and method for the deeply research of battle damage regulation in complex battle environment.
