The development, employment and supportability of modern arm equipments are complex system projects. The technology of aircraft battle damage repair has been studied abroad from 1980s, although it's not enough convincing, which can greatly improve the development and supportability of modern arm equipments. In this paper, the modern aircraft system effectiveness and battle damage repair are studied. Follows the main content:(1) The model of aircraft system effectiveness is established.(2) The task reliability is deeply studied. Based on the MATLAB software, the model is validated and the sensitivity of parameters, which affects the system effectiveness, is analyzed.(3) Not least but the most, based on the CATIA software, establishing a wounded model of the bomber H6 and focusing on its mid-outside wing, it gives respective data of the structures' possible harm and repair level. Thus, it can provide lines that lead from facing a damaged aircrafts till acquiring a plan of evaluate and repair after analyzing a lot of methods such as lethality components analysis, structurefailure style analysis and dark diagnosis, etc.(4) It is the construction of database for aircraft battle damage repair that comes out at the last. Also the development of aircraft battle damage repair of other countries is summarized. Some advice of how to develop our country's battle damage repair is presented as well.
