With the development of high technology, the complication of battle environment and the acceleration of the battle rhythm, battle damage assessment plays a very important role in the modern war. Battleās damage information is often fuzzy, uncertain or incomplete information. So the study of damage assessment problem under the uncertain information has have profound theoretical value and realistic significance. This article carries on theoretical research on battle damage assessment problem under the uncertain information. The main content of this article are as follows:(1)With respect to battle damage assessment problem, the model of battle damage level assessment based on Fuzzy theory and Bayesian method is established. First, Fuzzy theory and Bayesian method is described. Then, the conception of damage reflects factor is put forward and Fuzzy theory and Bayesian method are adopted in the model. The method of battle damage level assessment based on Fuzzy theory and Bayesian method is given according to the comprehensive analysis of the battle information.(2)With respect to battle damage assessment problem under the uncertain environment, the evaluation method is given under the uncertain environment based on SMAA technique, Fuzzy and Bayesian theory.(3)With respect to airport damage assessment problem, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is given, and the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on uncertain information is proposed. The airport damage is assessed according to the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Then the evaluation method of target damage level is given by the compare methods of interval numbers.At last, the research fruits are summarized. Following that, limitation of the research and future research emphasis are pointed out. |
