Based on a data collecting system of moving and static test-bed about helicopter airscrew,the paper designed principal axis low speed control system ,namely designed electric control system, speed measuring system of it and researched a debugging shceme about low speed control system.This paper is composed of three parts. The first one analyzed composing and working principal about low speed control system of principal axis. It analyzed the working principal about low speed control system of principal axis, analyzed and calculated loading of low speed control system based on the parameter the project provides and selected the primary executing component and measuring componet .It built mathematic model of each part of the system and revised and simulated the system with classic control theory which provided a reference for regulating control system parameter during the system is running in practice .The second part introduced design of electric control and measuring speed system about low speed control system. The system is composed of electric control component in periphery, transducer, variable_frequency motor and electromagnetism encoder.The electric control componet is in charge of on_off state of transducer, the transducer is in charge of collecting potentiometer signal or current signal of PLC and regulates the motor speed in real time so that it can regulate the final speed of principal axis about test-bed; electromagnetism encoder is in charge of speed testing, we maked use of popular M/T measuring speed method to design the low speed measuring system based on the speed precision and introduced the software application in detail. The third part introduced the basic fuction of transducer about LG-iS5 and the function parameters which we must regulate in the low speed control sytem in detail, provided the questions which we must pay attention to and material approach during runnig and how to regulate the uncertain parameter. Moreover, the experimental result is gived and analysed.
