DEH (Digital Electro Hydraulic Control System) is one of the most central power generation unit control system, in order to improve the operational level of the unit plays an important role. By introducing the, digestion, absorption technology roadmap, we has basically mastered the key technology of DEH. We also have achieved the design, moving, maintenance and use of mature experience.Advanced digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) according to our specific needs, flexible configuration into a variety of control strategies, which can be able to meet the requirement of the modern steam turbine control system. In the aspect of safe, reliable and economical also has reached the demand of the power plant.Douhe steam turbine unit of #5~#8 unit adopts hydraulic unit speed regulation system for load control,which was produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Plant. Between 2003-2005, response to the grid requirements we improve the unit control system dynamic response capability and load regulation quality. We overhaul the four units DEH System. The system has inherent flaws, such as AST, OPC protecting hydraulic instability, ASP frequent monitoring of oil pressure fluctuation, to bring the unit safe and stable operation of a great threat, and it caused great threat safe and stable operation of the unit. In order to solve these problems in the System need to adopt to improve and overcome deficiencies exist in the original system, overcome the shortcomings of the existing system exists,to enhance the response speed and the stability of the the unit as the goal, to meet the needs of a modern grid for the unit..This article analyzes the status of 200MW conditioning systems, and highlights the the speed interdiction revamping program Douhe turbine protection system. And highlights the the speed interdiction revamping program on Douhe Power DEH System. After blocking device for steam turbine speed improvements, structures, circuit layout is more reasonable, stable operation of hydraulic protection, and achieved good effect of reconstruction. Improved speed interdiction unit structure for domestic other crew to solve similar problems, as well as the newly installed optional unit DEH system hydraulic protection section provides a good reference. In addition, this paper also summed up the DEH system has some faults and solutions for the safe and stable operation of DEH System provides an excellent basis. On the basis of the DEH effect after modification experiment and proves the transformation is successful, the unit in safety and economic has a great improvement and improve. this scheme can be widely used in 300MW steam turbine unit control system.
