According to the need of "Long Range Ultra Short Baseline Locating System" ,the Research & Implementation of the Underwater Acoustic Transponder Electronic Cabin is the main task of the dissertation .The transponder at the underwater 4000 m need receive the interrogating signal and telecommand transmitted by the surveying boat ,and carry out the relevant transponder underwater acoustic communication pressure telemetry and diagnostic function .The target of the reliability and working hours is much higher .The dissertation researches the implementation of the software & hardware and the underwater acoustic communication scheme .The main research works include : discussing the application foreground the designing idea and the implementation way ;completing the research & implementation of the acoustic transponder ;completing the FH-MFSK underwater acoustic communication scheme and validating the feasibility through the simulation in computer .During the research of the underwater acoustic transponder ,with a view to the target of the high reliability and low power consumption ,firstly the dissertation adopt the RZ-FSK 8 bits word telecommand coding mode which will enhance the reliability ;secondly the dissertation adopt the frequency division multiple access which can form the underwater acoustic local area network ;thirdly the dissertation adopt max3111 interface chip which can achieve the RS232 interface easily ;fourthly the dissertation adopt the way of the hardware detecting signal and leaving the main processing unit in the standby mode ,which reduces the power consumption greatly ;The application of the TMS320VC5402 accomplishes the underwater acoustic communication among the transponders ;fmally the dissertation accomplish a suit of the underwater acoustic transponder system .
