1.Introduction Along with the quickly development of microelectronics technology, computer technology, intelligent appearance technology and sensor technology , nowadays crane user already do not satisfy more and more in crane have load and moment restriction function only, they hope get more about the accurate information of crane state, include lift height and wind speed , lift angle and working force even the oil temperature and condition of wire rope, vibration condition etc. information; They also hope crane have more strong automatic control and self-checking function to reduce the burden on operate and maintenance, and insure the crane be safety.This safe supervisory system asks to carry out moment restriction automatically of the crane according to different work state rise; can measure lift angle, lift height and lift force in real time; Monitor system of safe supervisory system can reality show the parameter of moment percentage of both main hook and auxiliary hook , actual load force ,lift angle, actual load height and load range. This safe supervisory system have function of Advance warning, out-limit warning and control crane when crane is in out-limit condition.2.Overall schemeAccording to the development of current various technologies and the demand of crane user, as far as system is compatible with future system , this systematic basic structural unit as Fig.2 - 1 show. This system is composed with a controls board ( central handling unit) and 6 forward passageway. Forward passageway include : length sensor, angle sensor , pressure sensor in piston ,pressure sensor in without piston ,back over-travel sensor ,feed over-travel sensor. Each forward passageway take the responsibility for collection respectively the difference physical signal, deliver signal through cable to control board, then carry out the conversion of A/D( individual node need not carry out the conversion of A/D, for example feed over-travel sensor is switch signal), then MCU calculate with the data after conversion .3.
