| Holographic Diffraction Sight (HDS) is a new sight for small arms. HDS has attracted more interests due to its characteristics compared with other sights. HDS has been equipped in many countries because of its aiming quickly and no affecting sight mechanism. HDS is mainly engaged in CQB. USA, Japan and Israel have manufactured theirs products recently. There is few reports about HDS in domestic. The theoretical analysis and experimental conformation are made in the thesis.The principle of holography's recording and readout and HDS are analyzed in this paper. The factors which influence holography diffraction efficiency, the angle selectivity of volume holography and wavelength bandwidth are analyzed with the coupled wave theory. At the same time, we calculate the selective angle and wavelength bandwidth of photopolymer. These afford theoretical foundation. We discuss flowing problems: the effect and compensate of wavelength drift to aim, the selection of recording material, the encapsulation of holography and the elimination of background grating. We also work out the overall HDS's scheme, which was examined by the experiments. |
