| Due to the improvement of productivity, and the process of industrialization, the thorough research has been done on the multiphase flow. In recent, multiphase flow is widely existing in a lot of fields. Such as, oil, chemical, energy, and environmental protection. Because of extensive existence and high influence to the efficiency and safety production of multiphase flow, which is very necessary to be researched. The research of multiphase flow measurement technology is an important part of content. In multiphase flow, the common measurement parameters are including flow, velocity, density and porosity.Multiphase flow generally can be divided into two phase flow and three phase flow, and two phase flow is the most common. Divided by material form, two phase flow has four kinds:gas-liquid, gas-solid, liquid-solid and liquid-liquid. This paper mainly research on gas-solid two phase flow. To two phase flow, common measurement methods are including optical method, capacitance method, electric method. When the material concentration in flow field is small, the conventional measuring methods are hardly to measure accurately, the optical measuring method which can take measurement to dilute phase flow. In this paper, holographic technology is applied to measure the little solid particle in flow field.In this paper, the first research content including built laser holographic measurement test bench, which is applied to take measurement of the particle that one hundred microns of metal powder, high power laser as the light source, the shooting equipment for high speed camera. And the second, introducing the principle of holographic measurement, and using matlab to programming simulation. The data of holographic experiment is the electronic images collected by high speed camera. Data processing process can be divided into the following steps:first, image noise reduction and background removal; second, detect the target recognition, find out the measured particle, it is simply the particle plane positioning; finally, according to the optical diffraction theory push over the particle’s third dimensional position. The three dimensional distribution of particle in flow field can be obtained. Based on the analysis of the frame image, the motion process of particle also can be determined, which can be applied to calculate the velocity of particle. |
