Crack Control Study Of Mass Concrete Structure

One of the most important technology of the construction of the mass concrete base is to control the expand of cracking.In the process of the solidification of the mass concrete, the heat from the released water will produce a rather big change of the temperature and the act of shrinking.The stress(sensitivity force) brought by the temperature and shrinking is the main cause of the concrete cracking.Main work are summarized as follows:(l)First,the paper elaborates the foundmental concept of mass concrete and crack,and the meaning of crack control.(2)Secondly,the paper presents the method of calculation of the temperature of mass concrete structure according to the physical mechanic property.(3)The paper analyzed the main reasons affect mass concrete crack.(4)The paper present the method of control mass concrete crack.(5)At last,the paper set an example on the HuaYang Mansion base moulding, analyse the temperature field and temperature stress field.put forward the measurements of control crack.
