Crack Control And Case Analysis Of Mass Concrete

At present,the application of mass concrete is more and more extensive,and the requirements of the technology are getting higher and higher.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,mass concrete has been popularized by various projects.In order to ensure the quality of projects,it is necessary to effectively control the generation of cracks,especially the deep cracks and through cracks.It is a two-phase metro line operated by Shenzhen Metro Group.The municipal engineering apartment of Shenyang government is a group of affordable apartments which are built by the Shenyang Municipal Government.The structures of these apartments are compact and the surrounding supporting facilities are complete.This paper is based on the projects of Songgang Station of Shenzhen Metro Line11 and the floor engineering of Shenyang Municipal Apartment to analyze the concrete crack which caused by material and structural in large volume concrete.In this dissertation,I'll explain the control measures of conventional cracks in mass concrete combining with the constructional experience in China and abroad,I hope it will do some contribution to the optimization of Shenzhen Metro Line 11 and Shenyang Municipal Apartment Project.This article will introduce the measures,techniques,and methods which was used in the mass concrete project of Shenzhen Metro Line 11 and Shenyang Municipal Apartment Project.It mainly include:(1)Introduce the selections of raw material,the designs of mix ratio optimization,the calculated methods of temperature stress in the mass concrete,the organizational designs,the control measures,the assurance of concrete's quality,the protective measures of finished product,the calculated methods of temperature stress and the protictive methods after pouring of Songgang Station in Shenzhen Metro Line11.(2)Introduce the selections of raw material,the designs of mix ratio optimization,the control measures,the preventive and control measures for the common disease of concrete,the technology of temperature detection in the constructional process and the attentive points of concrete curing in winter ofShenyang Municipal Apartment Project.According to the actual data to analyze the constructional quality of mass concrete.In the first 1-3 days,the heat of hydration in concrete will reach the highest value,and then begin to reduce.The case shows that both the calculated value and the measured value follow this rule.It can reduce and even fully avoid the cracks if we could prove the feasibility to optimize the control measures of the mass concrete cracks,analyze the the actual situation scientifically and take the targeted measures in the project.This article will provide materiasl and datas for future research.
