The items that can be analysed including still intension, Fatigue, and thermal etc.Finally, in manufacture stage, it give up traditional manufacture means, but using rapid prototyping technique that belongs to advanced manufacture technique. Its date comes from STL file that is exported from optimized digital model. RP equipment can manufacture product immediately by using STL file, which is similar to the real model. In manufacturing evaluating sample, commonly using nonmetal material, but inmanufacturing metal product, it's usually manufacture rough model first, then manufacture metal roughcast using traditional precision casting. Mostly, the RP methods including SLA, LOM, SLS etc. Each method has its character.Through the practical applications of exploitation products by using rapid manufacture technology. It proves that rapid manufacture technology is efficient and feasible in the fields of quickening the exploitation of products and improving the rate of success of development. In the exploitation of HOTAS, it increased the succeed rate to 95%, accomplish once repeated design among a month, decrease the exploitation fee to 20%~30%.
