In today’s world the demand for new products is growing, in order to meet the huge demands of the market, the product design and the processing speed must be accelerated, rapid prototyping technology emerges at the right moment. Rapid prototyping technology is based on additive material manufacturing, and by mean of dimensionality reduction,so the advanced manufacture technology of three-dimensional prototype parts or pieces is achieved. Most of rapid prototyping technologies are focused on processing of non-metallic prototypes, metal rapid prototyping devices mostly use the lasers or the electron beam as their probes, and then such devices have disadvantages of complication of structures and greater power consumption and lower life expectancy. In this project,the cold arc of high energy gas pulse technology is introduced to achieve prototype,and the infrared temperature measurement technology is used to monitor the temperature in time, laser real-time compensation and the cooling metals of high energy pulse paser deposition rapid prototyping are achieved.Main contents of this item include:Research and selection of deposition nozzles;mechanical structure design of prototyping system;design of control circuit;the reasearch of the real-time temperature control in the forming process are included in this project.The key technology is ESD technologies, key technologies, A4988ATmega2560, c#, argon laser and cooling compensation. Deposition rotor used by ESD technologies is enable to higher strength of prototype combination and lower heat input, mechanical structure becomes most critical part in the design of motor driver module, A4988has advantage of high precision and simple and flexible controls.ATmega2560is made the core control in the whole system, motors, nozzles and temperature control can be implemented, and then three dimensional models made by CAD drawing modules automatically parse G code throught writting PC software by c#.Ultimately,the high energy pulsed deposition of metal rapid prototyping system was designed successfully in this paper and the key technology is verified on plastic prototype system.
