This article chiefly discusses the principle,stucture and design procedure of the inverter regulated power supply which is controlled by single-chip microcomputer. Before connecting the actual circuits, we use the simulation software to simulate the system. According to the result of the sumulation, we complete the machine.The power supply is a single phase regulated power supply,the output voltage is 220V and the output power is 3KW. In this design,we adopt the spwm inverter control technology.The chip(SA4828) which is controlled by the single-chip(AT89C51) exports the spwm wave,the wave is connected to the drive module(EXB841),and the drive module drives the single phase voltage inverter circuits,so the direct voltage which is transformed from the three-phase power supply is inverted to the regulated AC power supply.In this paper,first,we analyse and design the main circuits of the power supply,and we explain how to use the three-phase spwm wave generator SA4828,and then we also explain the IGBT drive module EXB841,after that,we discuss the IGBT buffer circuit and the protective circuits of the system.finally,we discuss the process of the software design. Putting the simulation software into use in the process of the electric equipments design,It is good to reducing the time of the products design,and it is also benefit to improving the reliability of the products.In this article,we mostly discuss the SimPower system toolbox and its application in the power supply simulation.
