Photovoltaic power generation is a rapidly developing new energy technology, for it to clean environmental protection no pollution, and inexhaustible widely recognised, at the same time the development of photovoltaic industry in foreign developed countries is more outstanding, and photovoltaic based only in its infancy in China, also has the very big development space and potential, countries also saw the potential of solar energy the new energy, increased the investments. As the core content of photovoltaic technology, the development of the inverter also got the attention of the response, the development direction of inverter is towards high frequency, low noise, modular, digital, high reliability, the direction of the green development.Based on inverter as the research object, this paper from the single phase inverter simulation and two aspects of the design of the inverter system, put forward the right-angle triangle wave as the carrier, sine wave modulation of the sampling method of rules. First has carried on the inverter and its control technology basic knowledge of analysis, and then on the basis of the open loop and closed loop based on Matlab/Simulink simulation, verify the feasibility of this design, and then build the actual circuit, designed a SPWM single phase inverter based on STM32.Design of the single phase inverter part mainly includes power supply, and the inverter part, the hardware design is based on the Altium Designer design platform design schematic and PCB layout, software part is made of Keil4, under the simulation environment of software got four complementary SPWM inverter control waveform.
