Sustainable Design Of Water Environment In Residential District

With the rapid development of housing industry, the construction of waterscape residence has been accelerated. It is becoming the focus of attention of both the market and the whole society. On the other hand, facing on the problem of the greater shortage of water, the deterioration of water pollution, the decline of water quality, the damage of water circulation and the neglect of the physical environment in residential district, how to preserve the sustainable development of water environment in residential district has become very urgent.This paper consists of seven chapters. In the part of theoretical study, the Chinese traditional experiences, methods and skills of arranging waterscape are summarized. The ideas of how the Islamite in areas lack of water save and perish water, are taken as references. Something concerned in architecture, ecology, the theory on physical environment and sustainable development are taken into the study. Furthermore, the ecological effects of water environment in residential district are thoroughly analyzed. In the part of survey and test, measurement, the purposive survey, measurement and analysis on the water environment in residential district in Zhengzhou city and Nanjing city are taken. Through the cases study of ecological neighborhood planning, waterscape park design, and the use of ecological energy, the author concludes the related technology, methods and mode of water environment in residential district. Based on all above, this paper integrates the technology of ecology, the technology of water process, the technology of building energy efficiency, the usage of ecological energy, and the design of landscape and physical environment, into sustainable design of water environment in residential district. And a serial of design methods are put up together.This paper can help the design of water environment in residential district. And some suggestions to the construction of water environment in Zhendong New District , Zhengzhou city are provided and as a case study.This paper includes about 70,000-words and 60 figures and tables.
