Study On Outdoor Environment Of Harbin Residential District, Based On The POE Theory

Rapid development in the city today, people demand their own living environment has become increasingly diverse, in addition to the simple rigid demand for living, residential area outside landscape demand more and more of the environment presented. In this case, an in-depth investigation of the urgent need to identify the needs of people living in today’s environment has been developed to respect what stage. Today’s residential area landscape design appeared so some of the status, for example, the phenomenon of over-design of the cultural context of neglect and lack of understanding of the existing environment and so on. In fact, residential area of landscape environment is a resident of the major daily rest environment, people are eager to green, close to nature, the remainder of the meal can be places of leisure activities. But now some of the residential area landscape environment is full of some of the large area of paving squares, spectacular waterfalls, luxurious Roman colonnade, in fact, these landscapes appear in the residential area, not only will people feel discomfort, but will residents produce tight pressure.In this paper, a representative of Harbin five residential district, for example, to explore research under objective conditions in cold climates, Harbin residential area has been completed and start using feedback from residents, on the basis of the use of evaluation methods, the first behavioral observation, semi-structured interviews, find the highest frequency factors mentioned resident, sorting analysis, making a structured questionnaire which conduct research, organize the questionnaire, the survey summary produced become tables, and then use social science statistics program (referred to as SPSS) software, data processing analysis, the scientific evidence, relying on resident satisfaction based on key factors affecting the results. I strive to present living quarters designed Harbin ignored or have problems analyzed with respect to these issues, to come up with some suggestions of value, for future reference design residential area developed through this research to find out.
