There is a medical problem that patient may feel uncomfortable even may go off in a faint by reason of low blood pressure when he is infused in lower room temperature. A new type of intelligent constant temperature infuser is designed to solve this problem. The temperature of liquid drug can be kept at about 20℃ when the medical instrument is working, so patient feels well when he is infused and uncomfortable feeling is avoided when patient is infused at lower temperature.The selection of control system is discussed in this paper. In order to maintain the output temperature of infuser at about 20℃, 8031 signal microprocessor which has good performance and lower price as control unit is selected to build up a practical signal microprocessor application system. By manual output temperature control of infuser, some heating data varying with room temperature and infusing speed are acquired. Using these experiment data and fuzzy inference method, output temperature of infuser can be controlled by adjusting heating and maintaining time. Experimental results show that the control circuit of the new instrument is simple in structure and reliable in control performance. So the fluid infusion warmer has widely application prospect and popularization value. |
