This paper comes from a project called "cooling fan-hydraulic pressure pump-hydraulic pressure motor drive test bed" for a certain academe. This test bed is mainly used to test the performance of cooling fan, hydraulic pressure pump, hydraulic pressure motor and other hydraulic pressure parts. This paper mainly discusses the oil temperature controlling system for the test bed. According to the experiment requirement, it is necessary to keep the oil temperature in a certain scope, particularly, the temperature fluctuation is desired to be accurately controlled to be within ±1℃ when doing heat experiments. As the maximum oil temperature is 130℃, and it is complex to estimate the influence of each hydraulic parts on the oil temperature, so the oil temperature controlling has become a bottleneck problem in this project.Firstly, based on the integral design for the hydraulic pressure system's temperature controlling methods and its equipments, this paper chooses DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the core for signal collecting and processing system. As to ensure the final accuracy, multi fuzzy controllers are placed in series, so the temperature fluctuation is reduced gradually.As to the hardware design of the control system, a multichannel synchronous data acquisition and processing system is designed, which is used to collect the temperature signals of the hydraulic pressure system in different places. The data acquisition system includes many modules such as power supply module, reposition module, external EEPROM module, crystal oscillator module, external data bus expending interface, JTAG interface, analog signals acquisition module, asynchronous serial communication interface, D/A output module, etc. The design method and concrete circuit diagrams for all of these modules are probed in detail.As to the controlling method, this paper made an attempt to compare three kinds of fuzzy controlling method to be applied in the temperature controlling system, including General Fuzzy Controller, Autotuning Parameter Fuzzy PID Controller and Selfadjusting Parameter Fuzzy Controller.Finally, the controlling performance of traditional PID controller and Fuzzy PID Controller are compared through the way of simulation by using Matlab. The simulation results show that the Fuzzy PID controller has better Robust performance, faster response speed, so, Fuzzy PID controller is choosed finally.
